In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by sms808 before processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the lawful currency of Indonesia and the sole denomination of sms808 accounts.

To register and maintain an active sms808 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or associate of sms808 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

3.1 Registration Process

To register an sms808 account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method details. You confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your sms808 membership.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one sms808 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sms808 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers and withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds. Deposited Real Money Balances across duplicate accounts will be consolidated and returned to the original payment method at sms808's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account confirmation, e-wallet screenshot)

sms808 will not process withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by sms808 may be temporarily suspended.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your sms808 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting applicable fees. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used to make a qualifying deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name. Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed to sms808's satisfaction. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

4.4 Currency

All sms808 accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sms808 does not perform currency conversion. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR only.

sms808 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and major football tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Indonesian residents who have successfully completed registration and, where required, KYC verification on the sms808 Platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagers placed on live casino games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.

Where bonus abuse is identified, sms808 reserves the right to void all associated wagers and bonuses, suspend the account, and withhold any resulting balances pending investigation.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Upon expiry, all unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited automatically.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location

All content on the sms808 Platform — including but not limited to the sms808 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of sms808 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any sms808 content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sms808 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform or any game
• Technical errors, system failures, or data transmission delays
• Unauthorised access to your sms808 account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or any other payment partner

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit sms808's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

sms808 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the sms808 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with clause 3.5 before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the sms808 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sms808 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the sms808 dispute resolution procedure described in clause 6.2.

Nothing in this clause prevents sms808 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where it has legitimate grounds to do so for the protection of its rights, property, or operations.
